Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Department: Behaviroal Health
Location: Bronx, NY (SoundView or Co-Op City)
Schedule: 28/Hrs or 35/Hrs per week -
Pay Rate: $43
Overview: The Registered Nurse will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals of diverse ethnicities, and backgrounds residing in permanent supportive housing residence.
Requirements :
- NYS Registered Nurse
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Active CPR/BLS Certification
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Experience in community health care services, preferably in Intellectual Disability/Behavioral Health.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in pre-admission screening and discharge plans
- Provide medication management to individuals (PO)
- Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
- Update medical diagnosis and changes in the plan of care into the electronic health record
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
